  • I purchased NCS+ Pro but can't log in
    Make sure that you your registered NCS+ account and the email that you specified during checkout is the same. If you specified a different email during checkout than the one that you use to log in to NCS+, contact our support and we will help you.
  • Why am I not getting an email to confirm my email address?
    Please follow these steps in this order to solve this problem. 1. Wait 5-10 minutes, it might take some time for the email to reach you 2. Try pressing re-send email 3. Check your spam folder, the email might have ended up there 4. Make sure you signed up with the right email address by trying to register with your email address again 5. Contact our support at
  • What happens after my free trial?
    After your free trial (14 days) has ended your subscription will continue as per your choice of plan when signing up (monthly or yearly). If you have cancelled your subscription at any time before the 14 day trial is over your credit card will not be charged and you will no longer have access to any NCS+ Pro features.
  • Why does the website tell me that my email is already registered when signing up?
    If you already registered for an account on the NCS+ mobile app, you can log in with the same credentials on NCS+ on the Web. Simply go to and sign in.
  • Can i connect a Colourpin to NCS+ web?
    The Colourpin connects via Bluetooth to the NCS+ mobile app. Any matches you have made with the Colourpin in the NCS+ mobile app shows up in real-time in the NCS+ web app.
  • Forgot your password to NCS+?
    If you've forgotten your password for your NCS+ account, you can recover it from within the NCS+ web application or the mobile application by clicking on the "Forgot password" link. This will send an email with a reset password link that you can click to reset your password. Check your spam/junk folder if you can't find the forgot password email in your mailbox.
  • My subscription ended, can I still access my boards?
    Yes, your boards are stored until you request for your NCS+ account to be deleted. This means you can still access them either through the mobile app (which is free) or by purchasing a new subscription for NCS+ Pro on the same account. However, you will not be able to access any collaborative boards shared by others until you re-activate your NCS+ Pro subscription.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    Your subscription can be cancelled through settings while you're logged in to The active subscription will then continue until the end of the period you have already payed for.
